Boycie hears from Denzil that the Driscoll Brothers are set to be released early from prison after all the witnesses strangely changed their testimony. As he was one of the witnesses he decides that a move to the country may be a good idea.
Marlene and Tyler hate the country but Elgin, their farm manager convinces Boycie that he would make a great 'Gentleman Farmer', and so they set about filling the farm with animals, starting with a bull.
Boycie buys himself a bull called Rocky, but Marlene complains that he makes the place look untidy. Boycie tells Marlene that she must get used to the idea of being a farmers wife from now on.
Marlene tells Boycie he can buy six cows for the farm, but Boycie and his staff decide that 300 cows would be more suitable. Unfortunately they have to call out the vet to take a look at Rocky as he doesn't seem to be performing as well as expected.
Marlene finds she's missing the nocturnal noises of Peckham and is unable to sleep at night. Tyler thinks he's got out of going to private school after failing most of his GCSE's.
Marlene tries using a love potion intended for Rocky the bull to try and perk Boycie up and Tyler seems to be enjoying school after developing a crush on his English teacher.
Boycie and Marlene make some new friends at the Agricultural Ball and are invited to spend Christmas with them in Switzerland. However, the curse of Winterdown Farm has other plans for them.
